Changing the System Time

Must be done on station 10 or 11.

The SYSTEM PROGRAMMING button is your Left Intercom.

The CENTRAL TEL PROGRAM button is your Right Intercom.

The NEXT DATA button is on the 2nd row down,
the 3rd button from the right on a 34D and
the 2nd button from the right on an 18D.

To Change the System Time

  1. Press FEATURE 00
  2. SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
  3. SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
  4. #103
  5. Enter a new time in 24-hour format.
    For example: to set the time to 2:15pm, press 1415
  6. Press FEATURE 00 to exit

To Change the System Date

  1. Press FEATURE 00
  2. SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
  3. SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
  4. #101
  5. Enter today's date [MMDDYY]
    Including zeros for single-digit months and days.
    For example: to set the date to April 26, 1998, press 042698
  6. Press FEATURE 00 to exit

To Change the System Day

  1. Depress FEATURE 00
  2. SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
  3. SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
  4. Press #102
  5. Enter the desired day of the week
    • 1 = Sunday
    • 2 = Monday
    • 3 = Tuesday
    • 4 = Wednesday
    • 5 = Thursday
    • 6 = Friday
    • 7 = Saturday
